This week completes the second week of my water sampling and bacteria identification for Sugar Creek and the wetland. So far the data coorelates with the results from last year’s study for the same area. I’m getting more used to the different techniques involved in the project, but I’m still not very good at counting the bacteria on each plate. I’m going to begin sampling each week on Tuesdays so I will have more time and I won’t have to work over the weekends.
